Customs fees

American and international orders; Packages may also be subject to customs fees, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is placed, processing may take up to 1-4 business days and you will receive notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that once your order leaves our studio we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the delivery address provided. We will not be held responsible for shipping information entered incorrectly or for packages left, stolen, or missing at an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying reshipping costs for any packages returned to sender due to delivery issues. If postage charges must be paid upon receipt of a package returned to the sender, Aroma will not accept these charges and will therefore refuse to collect the package.

We offer a 14 day return policy after receipt of your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible, products must be in the same condition as received, unused, in their original packaging. The materials necessary for its secure packaging as well as shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also provide a tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the order to confirm eligibility, you will automatically be refunded to the same payment method you previously chose during checkout and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Exceptions; Sales, promotions, items marked as “limited edition”. will not be eligible for returns.

Damage and problems

You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to info@aromacandleshomedecor.ca

Please note that as our items are handmade, slight imperfections and color variations may occur by nature.

Aroma is not responsible for packages left outside in heat, cold or rain for an extended period of time.

Lost and stolen packages

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

We do not provide replacements/refunds on items that have been marked as " delivered " by the postal service or have gone unclaimed due to unpaid customs. If your tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it. Please contact us immediately.

To qualify for an insurance claim for package loss, customers must have purchased a trackable shipping service. Please contact us at info@aromacandleshomedecor.ca with your order number and package details within 10 days of the date the package was marked as "delivered" by your postal service.

Parcels returned to sender
