1. How long does it take to process my order?
Once an order is placed, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email notification.

2. How long until I receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and your chosen shipping method. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times.

3. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. And now?
If your order has not been shipped, we can help you correct the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@aromacandleshomedecor.ca with your order number and correct address. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 14 day return policy after receipt of your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. Free gifts included in your order must also be returned in the same condition. Please email info@aromacandleshomedecor.ca to initiate your return request.

5. How will I receive my refund for a return?
Once we receive and confirm that your order is eligible for return, you will automatically be refunded in the same payment method you used at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

6. My package was marked as "delivered", but I did not receive it. What should I do?
In such cases, we advise you to check a secondary location, such as a mailroom, community mailbox, reception, neighbor, or safe drop-off location. If the package is still not found, contact us immediately. Please note that we do not issue replacements or refunds for items marked as "delivered" by postal services or unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties. To be eligible for an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service. Contact us at info@aromacandleshomedecor.ca within 10 days of the date the package was marked as “delivered” by your postal service.
