Wax melt

Our wax melts are suitable for use in electric burners and tea lights.

How to use wax melts

Place a single melted wax in the well of your electric wax warmer or the ceramic dish of your wax burner and light an unscented tea light underneath. Once hot, the wax will melt and release the scent. Add more fondant if necessary. You only need to melt the wax in a burner on a flat, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.

How to change your wax melts

If your wax warmer is not turned on and the wax has hardened, it is easiest to remove the melted material by turning the wax warmer back on or relighting the tea light for 10 to 30 seconds so that the wax comes loose in the dish and is easier to remove. Apply light pressure to the melt and the melt should come out in a semi-solid form. Be sure to wipe off any excess with a paper towel.

Storage of wax melts

Wax melts are sensitive to light and temperature, you can prevent your wax melts from cracking and melting by storing them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep your wax melts dust-free by storing extra wax in the clamshells or sealed package sent to you.

General security
